TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

General

1.1    On occasion a signed Agreement must be completed before the 

         commencement of work as agreed by both parties.

 

1.2    The Agreement may be terminated with 14 days written notice by either party.

 

1.3     Eminus will not divulge, disclose or forward any information regarding the 

          client, or the client’s business, to any third party, unless instructed to do so. 

          A Confidentiality Agreement can be signed if required.

 

1.4    All completed work will remain on file for a period of 3 months, after such 

         time the information will be destroyed unless instructed otherwise by the 

         client.

 

 

Rates

2.1    All Retainer Agreements will be billed and must be paid in advance of 

         acceptance of work.

 

2.2    Eminus reserves the right to request a 30% deposit from new clients prior to 

         commencement of work.

 

2.3    Eminus reserves the right to submit a revised quotation should the client’s 

         original requirements alter either before commencement of work or during 

         the project.

 

2.4    Eminus reserves the right to increase prices with prior written notice to all 

         existing clients. A yearly review will be undertaken on 1st April.

 

 

Invoicing and Payment

3.1    An invoice will be submitted for payment within 7 days of completion of work.

 

3.2    Payment terms are strictly 14 days from the date of the invoice.

 

3.3    Failure to make payment within the specified period may result in interest 

         being charged at a rate of 5% per month on balance outstanding.

 

3.4    Payment may be made by bank transfer (details available on request) or by 

         cheque.
